Your order has been placed, TickCheck is waiting to receive your tick specimen.

1. Print your voucher: Your voucher has been emailed to you at [email protected]. You may also download your voucher immediately by clicking the orange button above.

   If you do not access to a printer, simply write your name, email, phone number, and order ID number (TC-25186) on a slip of paper, and include that in the envelope.

2. Mail us your tick specimen:

   Cut off the bottom part of the voucher and mail it, with your specimen, to our laboratory in a padded envelope. Please include a check or money order for your order total of $49.99 with your specimen. Please make sure the tick is sealed in a small plastic bag or plastic pill bottle. Please do not place the tick onto an adhesive tape. We can still test it if you do, but removing the tick is tedious. You may also store it in plastic pill bottle, which will secure it from escaping if it is alive.

   We highly recommend shipping the specimen tracked. If shipping via USPS, the shipment will be delivered to the ESU campus mail facility for sorting. This may add a 1-day delay. Any mail shipped via courier service (FedEx or UPS) must arrive during business hours (9am-5pm) or it will be delivered the next business day. Do not require signature.

3. We will notify you via email when your tick has been checked-in at our laboratory.
4. Within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends, of receiving your specimen, we will send you another update via text and email with the results of your ordered tests.
