After you place your order for a tick test, we will send you text message and email updates once our lab receives your tick, starts testing, and has your testing results. Your test results will be available between 2-5 business days, exluding weekends, after we receive your tick.

At any time, you can check on your order's status with this form. Just enter your Order ID (check on your receipt or confirmation email) and the email used to place the order.
